      Mr. Sgroi is a graduate of Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He has over 11 years of experience in the field of physical therapy and has extensive knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation. In fact, Mr. Sgroi is the inventor of the opposable thumb, which is rehabilitation/massage therapy tool that will significantly influence positive outcomes in the field of rehabilitation. This tool will be on the market by May of 2006.

      Terry Rohrenbach, Message therapist, Joshua Tree Physical Therapy.

      Terry is a Certified medical massage therapist and is renowned for his expertise in massage. His role helping patients recover from injuries is vital in returning patients to their optimal functional levels.

      Ms Cowan possesses over 20 years experience as a bookkeeper and business administration. Ms Cowan duties include overall office management, bookeeping, personnef,public relations and patient support follow up.

      Pablo Diaz Research and Development Department, Joshua Tree Physical Therapy.

      Mr. Diaz has an Electrical engineering degree and Post Graduate studies in Nuclear Science. He worked as a scientist at Hanford Engineering & Development Laboratories, Richland, Washington and presently works for "Joshua Tree" as Product Development, marketing , and research activities. Mr. Diaz has been an active member of the SBA, Score program and serves as an business consultant for Joshua Tree Physical Therapy.


      THE INDUSTRY

      Physical therapists provide services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

      Physical therapists provide prevention and weliness services, including screening and health promotion

      Physical therapists direct and supervise support personnel, including the Physical Therapist Assistant and are professionally educated at the college or university level in accredited programs.

      Physical therapist assistants are graduates of accredited associate degree programs. Both are required to be licensed in the state in which they practice.

      Medicare and other health programs cover physical therapy in all treatment settings. There is a co-payment required by Medicare for outpatient services. Idaho Medicaid covers outpatient and home health services. Many private insurance companies will pay for outpatient and home health services; often limited numbers of visits are allowed and a co-payment is required at the time of services.
